Please note that prescription lenses are custom-made and may be subject to specific restocking conditions.

Pack Your Eyewear
Securely place the frames in their original protective case and include all cleaning cloths and authentication cards provided in the initial shipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
